Limited gym equipment not fully operational!!! Lack of outdoor relaxation spaces disappointed expectations!!! Inconsistent quality of amenities showed room for improvement!!!

Enjoyed incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff and big size hotel.

The room I got was immaculate and spotless with balcony and a huge bathroom, for example. Marvellous and lovely location, it was next to a bus stop. A few times I ate at The Caper Grill, located at a moderate distance from the hotel😃😃

Beach vibes in Split 🌊

Staff were super friendly, like sorting brekkie when I woke up late. Room was such a lekker deal, comfy bed and a balcony view of the ocean. The breakfast was excellent, especially those made-to-order omelettes!

The rooms are air conditioned and new-fashioned with a lovely view and 2 double sofa beds, for example.

The superior double room I stayed in was brand-new and well furnished with balconies. Variety of food items served for savoury breakfast.

Birthday surprise

My boyfriend's bday was made special with a lovely in-room setup. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast had a nice healthy spread, loved the bar area too. Otherwise, a relaxing stay!

The hotel had a lovely modern feel and surprisingly spacious room with two massive beds and charm. The pool area provided a nice spot to unwind, but the gym left a lot to be desired-only the treadmill worked properly. Breakfast offered a decent variety but lacked freshness on some occasions, and the kitchen closed early on one night, which left me craving dessert. The staff were accommodating, particularly at reception, and made an effort to setup a lovely surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. A mixed bag but with so much potential.

The staff went above and beyond, even fixing our air conditioning overnight, which was impressive. I loved unwinding by the beautiful indoor pool and enjoying some laid-back moments by the beach. Just a heads-up, the kitchen closed early on one night, so plan accordingly if you’re craving dessert! 😊

Recommend it for couples

The first night,, we had the best sleep ever in a perfect firm bed with soft pillows that just molded to your neck. And the restaurant staff,,, really knew their stuff. From wine pairings to the freshest ingredients,,, everything was just great.

It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but honestly, worth every penny for the level of service and amenities we received.

The staff made my stay enjoyable. The beach across the street is a bit crowded. Our room was great, clean, and spacious, but breakfast options were limited. It's a good place if you want a quiet experience away from the city center.

Hotel Fanat was a fantastic choice for our family getaway! Our Superior Twin Room with Balcony and Sea View had a cozy seating area and a spacious balcony where we enjoyed amazing ocean views. The breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruits and made-to-order omelettes that the kids loved. The peaceful ambiance was perfect after a day of exploring. The nearby beach was just a short walk away, which the kids adored.

The location is a bit far from the city center for young kids.
